• Training activity data including exercises logged, workouts completed, and session history
• Badge and challenge progress
• App usage data to improve the experience

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your player profile, stats, and progress
• Track your training history and calculate your overall rating
• Award badges and track challenge completion
• Improve app performance and features

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party backend platform with industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is stored on servers in the United States.

5. Third-Party Services

HoopLabs uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Sign In with Apple — optional authentication (apple.com/legal/privacy)

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data as required to operate the app through the services listed above.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@hooplabs.net.

8. Children's Privacy

HoopLabs is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
