Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HoopLabs ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. HoopLabs is operated by Lucas Gordon, an independent developer based in New Jersey.

2. Use of the App

HoopLabs is a basketball training and skill development application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the App's functionality or other users' experience

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hooplabs.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Content

Any profile information, workout names, or custom content you submit remains yours. By submitting content you grant HoopLabs a limited license to display it within the App solely to provide the service to you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within HoopLabs including the name, logo, design, training content, exercise descriptions, and app architecture is owned by Lucas Gordon. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

HoopLabs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that training results will meet your expectations. Basketball training involves physical activity — you assume all risk of injury and should consult a medical professional before beginning any training program.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucas Gordon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury, data loss, or dissatisfaction with results.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or any conduct we deem harmful to the App or its users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
